Group Training

Combining resistance exercises, core strength, running and boxing, our group sessions are an all over body blitz. This is a great way to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Small Groups Program

This is a high intensity full body workout designed to keep you moving throughout the entire class. We focus on improving your punching technique and throw in a few kick boxing exercises as well. What a fantastic way to tone and empower yourself!
